You’re in transition and looking for a high definition picture of what’s next.

You want to be a leader with avid followers.

You’re Generation Y (mid 20’s to early 30’s) and want to do big things.

You want your high potentials to act, not wait for direction.

v

You want your customers to say “I’d be crazy to do business with anyone but you.”

You’re a business owner who’s tired of long hours and wants more family time.

You’ve tasted success and want more.

What’s next? You know your destiny includes a greater cause.

Steve was an amazing resource who helped me to focus and make major changes in my life in the “Now What – 90 Days To A New Life Direction” program. After focusing more on my unrecognized strengths, I created a business plan and made an intercontinental move. I was able to keep my fears under control and Steve helped me stay accountable to my goals.

Having a coach to help and encourage me with my plan was an investment that made all the difference and I realized things about myself that are invaluable. Thank you!

I’ve never sold a single coaching engagement. The prospective client enthusiastically enrolls because I’m real and they feel it.

Your intuition and your intellect should be working together… making love. That’s how it works best. ~ Madeleine L’Engle >>> When was the last time your intuition and intellect had a loving moment?

What’s the story you’re telling yourself? Are you describing your past or present or feeding yourself a script that will change your future?

You lost the deal, client, job, etc. Feeling bummed about it? Don’t waddle in the muddle too long. Otherwise, you risk not seeing the next opportunity.

If it’s important enough, you’ll find a way. If it’s unimportant you’ll come down with excusitis: all the reasons why you can’t do it.

When you immerse yourself in the things you love, and I mean actually love, something happens. You begin to get excited and inspired. ~ Tom Wittlin >>> Focus on clients, projects, etc. that get you jazzed!

A river never pushes. It flows in a natural direction. Effortlessly. Where are you pushing? What needs to happen for you to flow?

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. ~ Winston Churchill >>> Keep going.

What do you want more than anything else? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to get it?

Shine the spotlight on your team while applauding in the wings. Humility is the sign of a great leader.

“Being negative only makes a difficult journey more difficult. You may be given a cactus, but you don’t have to sit on it.” ~ Joyce Meyer >>> Take ownership, take action, and make it happen.

“There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.” ~ Paulo Coelho >>> What you want is on the other side of the fear wall.

Whatever makes you weird, is probably your greatest asset. ~ ~Joss Whedon >>> What’s your weirdness? 🙂

Try to be like the turtle – at ease in your own shell. ~ Bill Copeland >>> No fanfare needed. Just be yourself.

What if your customer could look inside your business. What would they see?

OK, keep thinking about it. At some point, you or your idea will become irrelevant.

If you’re not having fun, you’re doing something wrong. ~ Groucho Marx >>> Every day I make someone laugh. It’s who I am. My oxygen. Hearing others laugh and smile gives me life.

“When the Japanese mend broken objects, they aggrandize the damage by filling the cracks with gold. They believe that when something’s suffered damage and has a history it becomes more beautiful…“ Billie Mobayed

The wider the gap between who you are and who you want to truly become, the more unhappy you’ll be.

Where the focus goes the focus grows. What focus seeds are you planting?

Goals help you create an unconscious strategy to move in the right direction.

Is your glass half empty or half full? Whatever your answer, put it all in a bigger glass! 🙂

Usually, I don’t have the I Dream of Jeannie solution. Meaning, in one or two calls you’re totally transformed. Not usually the case. Change takes time.

You can’t help everyone, but you can help someone.

Life is to be lived. ~ Katharine Hepburn >>> Are you living or simply surviving?

In what way are you different from one year ago?

Leaders are learners.

Take a look at your performance over the last month, quarter, year, etc. Where ever you land on the scale is a direct result of your thoughts. Change your thoughts and you’ll change your performance.

A coach is the mirror to your blind spots.

What’s holding you back?

I help clients stretch their minds and go to places they’ve never been. Once they expand their surroundings, reverting back to their outdated environment is never an option.

“In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.” ~ Coco Chanel >>> Average is over. Set yourself apart so people notice. Otherwise you’ll blend with the masses in the land of mediocrity.

Hustle.

What’s the cost of not starting today?

A trained coach helps the client uncover and own the new direction. The new place is in the clients bones. They just can’t see it. A coach really helps.

As I pulled into the environs of Asheville, I saw a homeless person standing on a corner, holding his proverbial cardboard sign. It read, I’m dreaming of a cheeseburger. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. What signs are you ignoring that can potentially cook your business like a charred hot dog? p.s. I put mustard on my hot dog. Ketchup? Sacrilegious. ;-p

Did you know, every week I write a blog post? Yup. Most times it’s average. Though every now and then I write something that’s pretty good. Click on the Blog tab above to check it.
