Are you paralyzed with fear? That’s a good sign. Fear is good. Like self-doubt, fear is an indicator. Fear tells us what we have to do. Usually, I don’t have the I Dream of Jeannie solution. Meaning, in one or two calls you’re totally transformed. Not usually the case. Change takes time.

You were going to make a change last month, last year, etc. though you put it off. How’s that working?

Average is over. Be memorable to those you serve.

Where the focus goes the focus grows. What focus seeds are you planting? 

If you’re not growing you’re wasting away.

What if your customer could look inside your business. What would they see?

You lost the deal, client, job, etc. Feeling bummed about it? Don’t waddle in the muddle too long. Otherwise, you risk not seeing the next opportunity. 

The chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken. ~ Samuel Johnson >>> What new habits are a permanent part of you?

Be real. There’s a reason Brad Pitt gets huge bank to be someone else. It’s hard to do. Just be yourself.

A coach is the mirror to your blind spots.

The first one to make 5,000 mistakes wins. If you’re not failing, you’re not taking enough chances. 

Sometimes you’ve got to just get out of your own way.

I love working with entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, etc. because they’re full of life, cooking a half dozen meals at one time.

Take a look at your performance over the last month, quarter, year, etc. Where ever you land on the scale is a direct result of your thoughts. Change your thoughts and you’ll change your performance.

Goals help you create an unconscious strategy to move in the right direction.
