You’re a business owner who’s tired of long hours and wants more family time.

You’ve tasted success and want more.

Mr. Borek was a great coach. Never directing, but being supportive in my desired efforts and outcomes. He made himself available to me if ever needed and that was very much appreciated. I would refer him to others without hesitation. Thank you so much!!!!

“Begin challenging your own assumptions. Your assumptions are your windows on the world. Scrub them off every once in awhile, or the light won’t come in.” ~ Alan Alda >>> When’s the last time you cleaned your windows?

I wasn’t poor back then, I just didn’t have any money. Mary Carillo’s commencement address, to the Elon graduating class of 2014. >>> It’s all a matter of perspective.

Believe it then you’ll see it.

Success is inevitable when the plan aligns with your who.

Keep on keepin on. You’re almost there.

Shine the spotlight on your team while applauding in the wings. Humility is the sign of a great leader.

Waiting for everything to be perfect is paralysis through analysis.

Cause I need to move, I need to wake up… I need to change, I need to shake up. ~ Melissa Etheridge > >>When clients hire me, things start to change. Their energy is different. That’s what it’s about. Changing your energy.

Where the focus goes the focus grows. What focus seeds are you planting?

The brain is neuroplastic and has the ability to change. Coaching really helps in this regard.

To change your results, you must change how your world is wired. What are you doing to improve your wiring?

Whatever makes you weird, is probably your greatest asset. ~ ~Joss Whedon >>> What’s your weirdness? 🙂

The wider the gap between who you are and who you want to truly become, the more unhappy you’ll be.

Are you paralyzed with fear? That’s a good sign. Fear is good. Like self-doubt, fear is an indicator. Fear tells us what we have to do. Remember our rule of thumb: The more scared we are of a work or calling, the more sure we can be that we have to do it. ~ Steven Pressfield >>> Like the time I danced the runway in front of hundreds of strangers to raise money for charity. Scary! But I did it!

No matter how busy you are, you must take time to make the other person feel important ~ Mary Kay Ash >>> Ahem. Stop looking at your electronic device.
